Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms apply when you use this website or request a free audit from HireRecover. By using the site or contacting us, you accept these terms.
The service
HireRecover reviews a small sample of plant-hire invoices and any supporting records you provide, and reports any potential discrepancies we identify — such as rate mismatches, post-off-hire billing, duplicate charges, hire period errors, unexpected extras or quantity discrepancies. The initial review of a small sample batch is provided free of charge.
Findings are not guarantees
Findings represent potential discrepancies worth investigating, based on the documents provided at the time of review. They are not confirmed overcharges, guaranteed recoveries, or a certification that an invoice is correct or incorrect. HireRecover does not contact your suppliers on your behalf — you decide whether and how to raise any finding.
No professional advice
Information and findings provided by HireRecover are for your own review and do not constitute legal, accounting or financial advice. You remain responsible for verifying any finding and for any decisions you make as a result.
Accuracy of information provided
Our review is based entirely on the documents and information you provide. We are not responsible for conclusions affected by incomplete, inaccurate or missing documentation.
Website content
The content of this website — including text, illustrative examples and design — belongs to HireRecover and may not be reproduced without permission. Illustrative figures and example audit data shown on this site are demonstration data only and do not represent actual customer results.
Limitation of liability
The website and service are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireRecover is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the audit service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
