HireRecover is a plant-hire invoice audit and cost-control review service. For any questions about this policy or your information, contact james@hirerecover.com.

We collect information in two ways:

• Contact form submissions — name, company, work email, phone number and estimated invoice volume (if provided), and any message you send us.
• Audit documents — if you proceed with a free audit, the invoices and supporting records (such as rate sheets, purchase orders or hire/off-hire records) you choose to send us.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to carry out the audit review you have requested, and to communicate with you about that review. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Invoices and supporting records you send us are used only for the purpose of carrying out the requested review. Where appropriate, you may anonymise supplier names, project references or other identifying details before sending documents to us. You can ask us to delete documents you have sent at any time by emailing james@hirerecover.com.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was provided — generally, for the duration of your enquiry or audit and a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to keep it for longer for legal reasons.

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website and respond to enquiries:

• Resend — used to deliver emails sent through the contact form.
• Vercel — used to host this website.

We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

This website does not currently use non-essential or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email james@hirerecover.com and we will respond as promptly as we can.

We may update this policy from time to time as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
